55 % CABERNET SAUVIGNON, 45 % MERLOT, 5 % PETIT VERDOT The grapes are harvested both manually and mechanically. Prolonged maceration of 3 to 4 weeks, which provides, in combination with a controlled temperature of 28C for an optimal extraction of color and tannins. Full malolactic fermentation. Matured in casks for 12 months.
