Garnet red with very delicate aromas and tones of ripe red fruit. The taste is full and smooth with a very nice balance. The tannins provide a nice aftertaste.

Mild climate met relatively light rainfall and westerly Atlantic winds. In summer, the most warm and clear air. Autumn is relatively warm, damp and misty.

Calcareous soil mixed with clay.

vinification

80% Malbec and 20% Cabernet Franc. Manual harvesting, maceration of 12 days, 50% malolactic fermentation, aged for 8 months in old French oak barrels. The wine undergoes no clearance.
