Bright and shiny light, yellow colour. Delicate nose of white fruit and a hint of white blossom. Balanced and lively mouthfeel. Tasty and versatile character. Its airy finish makes it particularly suitable as a party wine or light aperitif.

climate

The Cévennes has a Mediterranean climate with strong influence from the Pyrenees. During the night and in winter it can cool sharply. Regular precipitation and winds from the mountains. Summers are hot and dry.

soil

Dry soils with stones, clay and limestone (several vineyards).

vinification

Grenache blanc and Viognier. The grapes are picked separately and fermented at low temperature in inox vats. It is then blended and the wine rests further on inox for a while.
