Maule Valley Chili
Bright, light straw yellow color. Lively aromas with abundant green notes of lime, green apple, hay, and subtle herbs. The initial impression is refreshing. The palate is full and ripe, with a beautiful balance between fruity notes and fresh citrus hints. This harmony continues seamlessly into the fairly long, lightly spicy finish.
Colchaqua Valley Chili
Deep, ruby-red color. Intense aromas of black fruits such as blackberries, blackcurrants, and black cherries accompanied by hints of cedarwood, licorice, and chocolate. On the palate, these flavors are confirmed. Beautifully balanced and lively overall, supported by fresh and slightly drying notes that challengingly complement the juicy taste. This results in an exciting and fairly long finish.
